Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed, as actual delivery may be affected by factors beyond IGNITE’s control, including:

● Weather conditions

Order status or shipments status is visible in the Customer Portal upon order confirmation. If tracking information does not update within a reasonable period, customers are encouraged to contact IGNITE Customer Support with their order number.
7. Self / Third-Party Product Collection
Where available, customers may choose to collect their orders in person or authorize a third party to collect the order on their behalf.
To ensure proper verification and prevent unauthorized collection, the following documents must be presented at the time of collection.
For Self-Collection:
● Valid identification document of the purchaser (e.g., national ID card, passport, or other government-issued ID)
For Third-Party Collection:
The authorized collector must present the following:
1. Identification document of the purchaser
2. Identification document of the collector
3. A signed authorization letter from the purchaser authorizing the collector to collect the order on their behalf
IGNITE reserves the right to refuse release of the order if the required documents are not provided or if the information presented cannot be verified.
IGNITE shall not be held responsible for orders released to individuals who present the required documentation and authorization at the time of collection.
8. Partial Shipments
In some situations, items within an order may be shipped separately due to stock availability, warehouse location, or logistics requirements.
When partial shipments occur, customers will not be charged additional shipping fees beyond those displayed during checkout unless otherwise communicated.
9. Damaged, Missing, Lost, or Undeliverable Packages
Customers must inspect their shipment immediately upon delivery. Any missing items, incorrect products, or damaged goods must be reported promptly to qualify for investigation and resolution.
If an issue is identified, customers must:

Claims should generally be reported within two (2) days from the delivery date. Claims submitted after this period may not be eligible for investigation.
Shipments may be returned to IGNITE if delivery cannot be completed due to reasons such as:
● Incorrect or incomplete address
● Refusal of the package by the recipient
● Failure to collect the parcel within the courier’s required timeframe
Returned packages may be treated as abandoned, and additional shipping, handling, or reshipment fees may apply.
All returns require prior approval from IGNITE Customer Care. Unauthorized returns may not be accepted. Original shipping fees are non‑refundable, unless the return is caused by an error on the part of IGNITE.

All orders become the responsibility of the customer once they have been handed over to the shipping carrier.
Risk of loss or damage transfers to the customer upon delivery of the package to the courier service.
