1. Overview and Scope

IGNITE (“the Company”) is committed to providing Brand Affiliates and their customers (“Brand Affiliates” or “you”) with high-quality products and a clear, fair, and transparent returns experience.

This General Terms & Conditions (“Policy”) applies to all physical products purchased directly from the Company through the official IGNITE website, www.joinignite.com (“Website”)This Policy does not apply to: (a) purchases made through third-party retailers or marketplaces, or (b) any digital services, memberships, or non‑tangible products, unless expressly stated otherwise at the point of sale.

2. Definitions

For clarity and to reduce disputes, the following terms are used in this Policy:

Brand Affiliate” : Any individual that has successfully completed the formal enrollment process into the IGNITE program, thereby establishing a contractual relationship with the Company. This status permits the Brand Affiliate to purchase IGNITE products and services directly from the Company at wholesale pricing for the purpose of personal consumption, resale, or distribution. Furthermore, a Brand Affiliate is authorized to market, promote, and sell the Company’s products, recruit and train other individuals into the IGNITE program, and is eligible to earn commissions, and bonuses provided they remain in good standing and adhere to the terms, conditions, policies, and procedures outlined in this document and related official Company literature.

Customer”: Any person purchasing products directly from the Company who is not a Brand Affiliate.

Age of Majority”: To be eligible as Brand Affiliate or Customer,the individual must have reached the age of majority. This is defined as 18 years old in Hong Kong, or the age of majority established by the laws of their country of domicile or origin in other markets.

Delivery Date“: The date on which the carrier records successful delivery to the address provided at checkout.

Working Days“: Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays in the country of the Company’s registered office.

Defective Product“: A product that is damaged, faulty, or not as described at the time of delivery, excluding damage caused after delivery by misuse, neglect, or improper storage.

Resale Restrictions“: Products purchased through the Website are intended strictly for personal use by Customers or for authorised referral/sale only by Brand Affiliates in 1
accordance with the IGNITE Brand Affiliate Terms. Products may not be resold, offered for sale, or advertised on unauthorised third-party marketplaces or platforms, including but not limited to HKTVmall, Carousell, or eBay. Violation of this restriction may result in the suspension or termination of a Brand Affiliate’s account and may impact the eligibility of products for return or refund.

PDPO”. Personal Data Protection Ordinance functions within the IGNITE General Terms & Conditions to define the rights individuals have regarding their personal data held by the Company.

AML”. Anti Money Laundering process works within the Company’s operations through strict adherence to compliance and “Know Your Customer” (KYC) requirements.

CTF”. Counter Terrorist Financing function is to prevent the Company’s system from being used to fund terrorist activities.

Brand Affiliates Codes of Conduct

3.1 Your responsibilities as a Brand Affiliate include the following:

a) Adhere to Policy: Strictly follow all IGNITE Terms & Conditions and official Company literature.
b) Maintain Integrity: Always accurately represent IGNITE products, services, and the referral program.
c) Ensure Compliance: Cooperate with the Company’s AML (Anti-Money Laundering) and KYC (Know Your Customer) requirements.
d) Protect Inventory: Maintain accurate sales records and comply with the retail consumption requirement.
e) Respect Privacy: Handle customer data according to the IGNITE Personal Information Collection Statement (PICS).
f) Training & Education: Regularly participate in and complete required company training and educational programs related to product knowledge, compliance, and ethical business practices.
g) Ethical Sourcing: Promote products responsibly, especially concerning any claims of sustainability or ethical sourcing, ensuring they align with Company information.
h) Compliance with Local Law: Always operate the business in compliance with all applicable local, state, and national laws and regulations in the jurisdiction where they conduct business.
i) Media/Public Relations Policy: Follow the Company’s policy regarding interactions with the media, press, or public relations, often requiring pre-approval for any public statements made on behalf of the company.

3.2 As a Brand Affiliate, you are simultaneously prohibited from:

a) Unauthorized Claims: FORBIDDEN to make unauthorized promises, including guarantees of refunds or specific “earnings claims.” Violations may be reported to regulatory authorities.
b) Policy Modification: DO NOT alter any Company policy terms, especially regarding refunds or exchanges.
c) Unauthorized Resale: DO NOT sell or advertise products on unauthorized third-party marketplaces (e.g., HKTVmall, eBay). (Resale Restrictions Definition)
d) Misrepresentation: DO NOT misrepresent the product benefits, earnings potential, or your relationship with IGNITE (e.g., claiming to be an employee).
e) Abuse of System: DO NOT engage in “Inventory Loading,” “bonus buying,” or excessive/repetitive returns.
f) Trademark/IP Misuse: DO NOT use IGNITE’s trademarks, logos, copyrighted materials, or trade names in a manner not expressly authorized by the Company (e.g., unauthorized use in domain names, email addresses, or social media handles).
g) Defamation/Disparagement: DO NOT make false, misleading, or disparaging statements about IGNITE, its products, services, employees, or other Brand Affiliates.
h) Unauthorized Selling Territories: DO NOT market, sell, or distribute IGNITE products or the business opportunity outside of territories where the Company is officially open for business or where the Affiliate is authorized to operate.

3.3 Shall it was found by the Company that you breached is a material breach of the Brand Affiliate Agreement; you may face immediate suspension or termination of the account. In addition it also may lead to forfeiture of your accrued commissions.

Earning or Referral Fees

4.1 Referral Fees :Retail profit or referral fees are accrued solely after the third-party sale is successfully completed and the associated return period has fully expired.

4.2 Representation Limits: Brand Affiliates function solely as independent referrers. They are strictly prohibited from altering or making modifications to the terms outlined in this Policy.

Compliance and Know Your Customer (KYC)

5.1 Compliance: The Company operates in strict search of Anti-Money Laundering (AML) and “Know Your Customer” (KYC) regulations.

5.2 Verification: The Company reserves the right to withhold any refund, exchange, or commission payment until the identity of the Brand Affiliate or Customer has been sufficiently verified through the submission of valid government identification or other requested documentation.

Independent Status

6.1 Business Affiliates are independent contractors,not employees.Any misrepresentation of the product’s unique benefits or the referral program’s potential earnings is a breach of contract and may result in immediate termination without refund.

IGNITE Personal Information Collection Statement (PICS): Identity Verification

7.1 Purpose of Collection

We collect and process your government-issued identification document (“ID Data”) for the following mandatory purposes:

a) Identity Verification: Required to confirm the Brand Affiliate’s or Customer’s identity and legal age (must be 18 years or older, or the age of majority in their country of domicile or origin).
b) Financial Compliance: To satisfy “Know Your Customer” (KYC) requirements imposed by our banking partners and payment processors in Hong Kong or other parts of the world .
c) Fraud Prevention: To prevent policy abuse, including unauthorized chargebacks, “bonus buying,” and money laundering.
d) Commission Processing: To ensure retail profits and commissions are paid only to the verified account holder.

7.2 Classes of Transferees

Your ID Data may be disclosed to the following parties:

a) Banking Partners: Financial institutions in Hong Kong and relevant jurisdictions for AML/CTF auditing
b) Third-Party Verifiers: Secure digital identity verification services (e.g., Jumio, Onfido) used to automate the KYC process.
c) Law Enforcement: Regulatory or government authorities where required by a court order or statutory obligation.

7.3 Retention and Security

a) Security: Your ID Data is encrypted using industry-standard AES-256 protocols
b) Retention Period: We retain ID Data only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes mentioned above or as required by the Limitation Ordinance (typically 6–7 years for financial records in Hong Kong) or other part of the world depending local privacy law. If a verification attempt fails or an account is not activated, data is purged within 30 days.

7.4 Cross-Border Transfer As a global e-commerce entity, your data may be transferred to and stored on servers located outside of Hong Kong. By submitting your ID, you consent to this transfer, provided the destination jurisdiction offers a comparable level of data protection.

7.5. Your Rights

Under the Personal Data Protection Ordinance (PDPO), you have the right to:

a) Check whether we hold your personal data.
b) Request access to or correction of your data.
c) Withdraw consent for future processing (which may result in the termination of your Affiliate status or the inability to process a refund).

7.7 Direct Marketing Opt-In: In compliance with the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance, the Company will not use your personal data for direct marketing purposes (e.g., sending promotional emails about new products) without your prior explicit consent. You may provide this consent via the checkbox during registration and may withdraw it at any time by contacting support@joinignite.com
